🛍️ Cloth Wolf – Exchange & Refund Policy

At Cloth Wolf, every piece is made to order, ensuring uniqueness and quality for each customer. Due to the nature of our production process, we do not offer size-based exchanges or returns. Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.

📦 Order Cancellation Policy

We process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

  • You may request a cancellation within 3 days of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations due to our shipping commitments.

To request a cancellation (before dispatch):

Include your order number and reason for cancellation for faster assistance.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product you received is defective or damaged

  • The product is incorrect compared to your order

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit.

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size-related issues (please refer to our detailed size chart before ordering)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during final sale, clearance, or heavy discount offers

  • Used, washed, or damaged item.

🚚 Returns for Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

  1. Email support@clothwolf.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and issue description.

  3. Our team will verify and arrange a return pickup within 2–4 business days.

🎁 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value.

  • If the gift was purchased and shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.
